In Honor of the Upcoming Holiday: 20% Off All Consultations!

Over these next two weeks:
- We will overeat.
- We will over-schedule.

You figure out how to have YOUR perfect holiday. Eat when you're hungry, but use tricks like only eating sweets when there's someone you feel sweet about to eat it with (a.k.a. no late-night fridge cookie runs, get an apple instead). Make some delicious, healthy recipes to mix in with those old family ones full of butter and sugar. Do short exercise routines each morning that keep your metabolism up and don't put a dent in your schedule.
All in all, figure out what works best for you - your unique body, mind, and spirit, over the holidays.
