There are many foods that taste great, but aren't nutritious at all. Then there are nutritious foods that just taste awful. How do I keep the balance between the two?
It's Simple, I don't! Neither does most of Americans. That is why Obesity is on the rise. If the food tastes bad, I simply don’t eat it! I don't have the will power or discipline to force myself. Every now and then I find a nutritious food that tastes great. When I do, I over eat it until I am totally burned out. Usually it’s a new yogurt flavor!
Last year, I started a Dieting Series on my blog, Livin' La Vida Loca. It tracked my progress and shared information I had learned on my journey. I haven’t really followed that path this year. I have many excuses, but most of it comes down to laziness and my unwillingness to eat nutritiously.
