I'm following up last week's post with a look at a few of the products I am able to purchase and eat. When I need a tasty snack I cut up some sun-dried tomatoes and baby Swiss. Combined with the Triscuit's it creates a flavorful and filling snack. The Ezekiel bread I use as toast in the morning, or for creating a yummy grilled chicken sandwich. Pasta noodles are naturally sodium free so pairing spaghetti with one of these sauces allows me to chow down when I want something more hearty. Boom Chick A Pop is amazing, with a slight hint of salt it always satisfies by salt cravings. I never realized how much I used ketchup until I had to watch my sodium, so this low sodium option fits nicely into my routine. And last but certainly not least Mediterranean Mint Gelato is AMAZING. It's a great way to get my chocolate fix without over doing it.
Any low-sodium suggestions for me?
