Chia seed pudding is...different,

I went a Whole Foods tasting thingy.  Most of it was good.  I tried chia seeds mixed with vanilla coconut milk to make a "pudding."  It was a lot better than I thought.  It was definetely different.  I know chia seeds are supposed to be mega good for you, so I bought a bag.  A quick check to Pinterest to figure out how to make it and I had chia seed pudding sitting in my fridge.  I used coconut milk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla.  I tasted it in the morning and thought it tasted pretty good.  It will definetely will take some getting used to, texture wise, but I still liked it. 

I gave a bite to my husband.  Now I know that going from whole wheat bread to chia seed pudding is a pretty big jump, but I thought "What the hell?  Let's see what happens."  Guess how well it went?  Pretty bad.  I sort of knew that it would, but I also thought that it would be really funny.  It was really funny.  He gagged, made a face, and rinsed his mouth out for like 5 minutes.  So, I guess the chia seed pudding is a no.
