Today I ran a mile in 8:46 whooo!! 46 seconds away from an 8 minute mile!! :D
I'm also doing bicep curls with 20 pound weights. I can only do 8 reps at a time but 15 pounds just got to be too easy.
I like seeing my fitness improve slowly but surely. :D
I think setting a goal for myself has really been what's led me to continue on with my excercise.
An 8 minute mile & visibly toned arms are what I am really aiming for right now. It's easier for me than saying "I want to lose x amount of pounds" because when I don't lose that quickly, I get discouraged. Although I have lost 7 pounds this month whoop whoop. :)
What do you do to keep yourself motivated?
