A good juicing plan can provide you with a wide range of benefits, which include the following:

  • Detoxification. Following a juice plan helps you detoxify your body. Simple Pink Juice

  • Two cups of watermelon slices,
  • Ten small tomatoes
  • Three tablespoons of lemon juice

Coconut Splash

  • A cup of coconut juice
  • One whole orange (sliced)
  • One cup of peach slices

Simply take the ingredients together put them inside the juicer. Serve with ice.

What to Remember

It is important to note that fresh juice is not pasteurized, which can pose as a food-safety hazard. Reduce the risk of contamination by washing all fruits and vegetables thoroughly with water. You can buy produce cleansing solutions, or make your own version using salt and vinegar. Also, wash your hands properly before preparing the juice, and wash your juicer with warm soapy water after each use.

Remember that fruit juice can easily spoil and develop harmful bacteria, so prepare only what you plan to drink for the day. Make use of the extra pulp and fiber from your juice by adding them back to your juice or incorporating them in dishes so you can get all these extra nutrients that would otherwise be put to waste.
