Now that summer is in full swing, many people have been getting reacquainted with their outdoor grills for a few weeks now. Getting bored with making burgers, hot dogs and chicken? Kebabs may provide the healthy alternative you've been looking for.
I decided to read up on kebabs after seeing an old episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations, and I learned that there are a lot of different forms of kebabs--which means a lot of freedom for dreaming up recipes.
