Almost a week in
It been almost a week since I joined Kickboxing, almost a week since I last binged, almost a week since I last felt bad about myself!
That is huge!!
Who knew walking through the doors of an extremely intimidating place with mostly "skinny minis" would make me feel good!! But it does, and the reason is because this is something I can see myself doing, I can feel my body changing, in the way I walk (head a little higher, and more of a pep in my step) I have more energy with each passing day, and I feel like I have something to look forward to, and that's really most important.
I find myself WANTING to wake up at 7am to get to a morning class. I haven't even really begun and I am so amped to continue!! I can't wait to see what a month feels/looks like on the scale!!
