...continued on from my previous post 'Aging Gracefully' covering hair and face. Now we look at two very important factors in the aging process, Diet & Exercise. The food you put in your mouth can help or hinder health and gentle aging. How you take care of your body through exercise improves general health and how you look. So, who wants to watch every morsal that goes in their mouth and take time out of their busy lives to 'jog around the block', go to the gym, or experience the 'pain no gain'?
