I a currently obsessing over infused water! Hydration is a real problem for me, as it is for many in the summer. I look for creative ways to flavor my water because I don't really like the taste and I do not want to drink anything artificial.
Challenge yourself to give up sodas and flush out unhealthy toxins in your body and remember to stay safe and hydrated on the Fourth!
This dispenser is one of my favorites. I added cantaloupe, a few grapes and some mint leaves to the water. The taste is so refreshing that I have no problem getting in my 8 glasses! Have you every used flavored water? If so, what do you use? [sc:apple]
