The top New Years Resolution is to lose weight. People stock up on lettuce, sign gym memberships, and cry in despair when the scale doesn’t budge by the third day (or is that just me?). Since the holiday season is over (until next year, National Pie Day), it has been much easier to avoid work potlucks and the tempting tin of iced cookies. It has been a month since resolutions started, but this weekend will be a dietary game-changer (see what I did there?). Sunday marks the celebration football fans have been waiting for—The Super Bowl. How often will the infamous “Crabtree incident” be referenced? How many times will Peyton Manning yell “Omaha!”?
