Prior to joining BOND Estates, Paul Roberts was the 48th Master Sommelier in the world, earning the Krug Cupan award given to the person who passes all three sections of the exam on their first attempt and with the highest cumulative score. He is also the most decorated Michelin starred sommelier, earning seven Michelin stars as Wine Director of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group.
