Vegan Thai "Not Dog" with Asian Kale Slaw, Chili-Lime Mayo, Cilantro, & Cashews

Layers of flavor in this Vegan Thai "Dog" makes it a best in show!  A grilled "dawg" is nestled into a colorful kale-based slaw dressed with vegan "fish" sauce, natural sugar and rice vinegar on a toasted whole wheat bun.  A playful squiggle of Chili-Lime Mayo sends it right over the top.  My secret ingredients are natural peanut butter and coconut cream.  Yowza!  Fresh cilantro and chopped cashews are the perfect garnish.  This link will take you straight to the back story and simple recipe.  Sit, Stay, Share!
