Two vegan education classes in Colorado Springs this June: Beyond Meatless Mondays + Summer Soups & Salads

My April Beyond Meatless Mondays class is now full (email me if you would like to be placed on the waiting list) and I have only a few spaces remaining in my May cooking demonstration classes. I am so pleased that people are interested in exploring plant-based eating and a vegan lifestyle!

Each time a class closes, I open up another; this time I opened up two!

  • I have added a one-session (three-hour) Beyond Meatless Mondays class Saturday, June 15. I’m offering my vegan lifestyle class on one day in June – instead of in two sessions – based on feedback from student evaluations  and because my summer conference and speaking schedule is crazy! Evening, multiple session classes will resume in the fall.
  • I have added a two-hour Summer Soups & Salads cooking demonstration class Saturday, June 22.

Beyond Meatless Mondays with JL: Dive Deeper into Plant-Based Living Saturday, June 15

Have you been trying to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet?  Do you struggle with maintaining a plant-based diet at school or work or finding vegan meals at restaurants? Do you want to learn how to veganize your wardrobe, your household cleaning supplies and your health and beauty routine? JL Fields launched the vegan lifestyle class Beyond Meatless Mondays with JL: Dive Deeper into Plant-Based Living. This class begins in the kitchen and extends to your work or other social setting, the grocery store and restaurants, and concludes in your closet and household cupboards.
