Food prep definitely makes the week flow easier as I don’t have to worry about snacks and lunches/dinners for my husband. I sometimes eat half of a Chicken Breast for a salad but other than that, the food prep was 95% for him.
If you all didn’t know my husband lost 90 lbs since March 2013, and his goal is to lose 120 lbs more. So it’s critical for me to make sure his meals are set so he doesn’t crave and munch on things he shouldn’t be.
