I love it when sweet and savory dishes start changing sides of the aisle, and the last few years that's been happening with Clafoutis. Originally a Clafoutis (also spelled Clafouti and pronounced kluh-foo-tee) was a French dessert using cherries or other stone fruit, but savory Clafoutis have been popping up the last few years. I was enchanted with this idea of a Spinach and Feta Clafoutis from Closet Cooking, and think it would make a great Meatless Monday dinner!
