Smokey chipotle. Creamy blue cheese. Fresh cilantro. Yum.
Made with extra lean ground turkey breast and served on a low-carb bun, these burgers are a delicious and (mostly) healthy treat.
Start by taking the seeds out of a dried chipotle pepper and dicing the pepper.
Use the dried pepper, diced onion and garlic, lots of cumin, some fresh cilantro, and sea salt to season the meat. Mix all the ingredients well with the ground turkey
If you like some extra heat, add a few of the chipotle seeds - but don't get carried away. Those seeds carry a lot of punch.
Not pictured: add some crumbled blue cheese. Whenever I'm around blue cheese, I loose my mind a little.

I'm sure you understand.
Anyway... make patties with the meat and grill, fry, George Foreman, whatever-your-cooking-preference-is, until meat is cooked through. I like to serve the burgers on the 100-calorie multi-grain sandwich thins, with spicy mustard and low-fat swiss cheese.
But, I've also been known to eat them on a not-100-calorie bun, with extra blue cheese, and spicy mayo, with s'mores for dessert. So no judgement here.
