Want an EASY way to cook your corn on the cob?? Then this is the recipe for you! My family and I recently discovered this method last year and this is now the only way we've been eating corn on the cob. It's QUICK, EASY, and NO MESS! :) ENJOY!!
- 6 ears fresh corn
- 1 c salt
- Fill kitchen sink with water, add salt; soak corn in sink for 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place corn husks directly on the oven rack; roast for 30 minutes or until corn is soft.
- Peel down the husks; add butter to taste!
