  • Seltzer or Sparkling mineral water (enough to fill your jug)

Ingredients:
 
  • 2 handful strawberries, frozen 
  • 2 bananas, frozen 
  • a few dashes of orange juice
Instructions: 
  1. All all of the ingredients in your blender and blend for a minute.
5. Minty Sensation

This is the drink to serve to your adult guests who'd prefer to opt out on alcoholic drinks. It's sensational, sophisticated, and a bit spicy - just the thing you want in your mocktails. 
 
If you want to be extra fancy on this mocktail, you can serve with a small scoop of lime sorbet on top. 
 
Ingredients:
  • Mint leaves from 1 bunch 
  • 1-inch ginger, grated 
  • 9oz water 
  • 4 oranges, freshly squeezed 
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 
  • Ice cubes 
 
Instructions: 
  1. Boil a small amount of water and pour over the mint.
  2. Combine the lime and orange juice.
  3. Add ice cubes to your glass.
  4. Add the mint, grated ginger to a glass and pour the lime and orange juice mixture into the glass. Add a mint leave on top.
