One of the most fun things about being online for me is the interesting kitchens you get to peek into. One spot I know I'd love to visit is the kitchen of Susan, The Well Seasoned Cook. Susan always creates dishes that look and sound amazing to me, and when I saw this recent post about her Miso Shirataki Noodles with Edamame and Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning, I immediately wished I could try a bowl. It's true the recipe has some unusual ingredients, but Shirataki noodles are available at most large health-foods stores, and Susan says the Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning is optional. Besides sounding delicious, this tasty-looking Asian noodle dish is vegan, gluten-free, and very low in carbs, which should appeal to quite a few people.
