Admittedly I'm a bit of a freak for cabbage, so whenever I see a new treatment for this ultra-healthy vegetable, I'm excited. When I spotted this Browned Sautéed Cabbage from Nami Nami, I could just tell by reading the recipe that this would taste amazing (at least to a cabbage lover like me.) I'd happily eat this as a Meatless Monday dinner, but you might want to have it as a side dish if cabbage isn't considered a main attraction at your house. Pille says this reheats well, so if you're lucky you might have some leftovers to eat for lunch.
