Leaning into a raw diet

 I'm leaning into optimum health and today I went about 90% raw. Just became certified as a raw food chef and thought I better start behvaing like one :)  I'm so proud of myself. I had so much energy I couldn't belive it. My plan is to start my day tomarrow with a green juice and raw at lunch and dinner with probably something grilled like veggies.

 

GLASS OF FRESH JUICED ORANGES

2 TABLESPOONS GOJI BERRIES (SOAKED)

PLAIN SALAD WITH VEGETABLES AND AVO

1 TABLESPOON RAW VEGAN JALAPENO GARLIC PASTE

PLAIN SALAD WITH VEGETABLES

ZUCCHINI PASTA WITH RAW BASIL GARLIC PASTE

2 GOJI RAW CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
--
BOWL OF FRESH FRUIT
2 TOMATOS - 4 RAW ALMONDS
--
ZUCCHINI PASTA WITH RAW MARINARA SAUCE
RAW CHOPPED VEGETABLE SALAD WITH SUN DRIED TOMATO,KALAMATA OLIVES AND FRESH CHIVE & BASIL
TOMATO AND GOAT CHEESE TART (I had to sample because I am making it for my vegetarian client. omg, it's beyond yummy!)
