How to Capture and Care for Wild Sourdough

I would like to share this wonderful tutorial on catching and caring for a wild sourdough culture/starter (a symbiotic relationship of lactobacteria and wild yeast) with Blogher readers. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did - if you have never baked with wild sourdough, an alternative to commertial active dry yeast, it is well worth trying.
