Are you an olive fan like me? I could eat olives with almost anything.
Olive tapenades, a chunky spread of olives, are very popular here in the South of France.
Honestly, there is nothing as easy as preparing this spread. This tapenade stays even a bit more chunky than the ones you will buy in the shop, it's taste and texture are still that of olives as we know it. Hope you'll enjoy it! :-)
