Here is a simple way that anyone can make this very tasty and good-for-you dish. The key to salmon is to buy fresh fillets and knowing what kind of complementing flavors need to be added to it. In this dish, we will be blending garlic and rosemary together.
Here’s what you need for this 15-minute meal:
- Fresh salmon fillet
- Two sprigs fresh rosemary
- One clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Mince the rosemary and garlic. Then spread them onto the salmon fillets. Place the fillets on a baking sheet. You can use parchment paper if you like. This can make cleaning up your sheet easier. Bake for 11 minutes. Salmon is cooked when it can be flaked apart with a fork.
