If you can't get the little chompers to down some leftover corned beef around Christmastime, this should do the trick. Print out the cool Who Hash label I've designed (click for label in jpeg format), then stick it on a container, pop out a green tablecloth, and serve 'em up.

Melt 2 T of butter in a frying pan.
Add in 2 C of chopped, cooked corned beef, 3 C diced, cooked potatoes, and 2 T of minced onion.
Make sure it is all distributed evenly around the pan and let cook until browned. After one side browns, turn the mixture over and let the other side brown.
Stir in 3-4 T of gravy (or beef stock) for added moisture and flavor.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve.
I figured since Boy Scouts/Girl Guides/campers used tins to cook over an open fire, putting hot food into a tin shouldn't be a problem. But just to cover my butt, I'm also going to point a few things out.
If you do go ahead and put hot food in, remember the tin will get warm, so maybe attach the label to some cardboard so that little fingers don't get stung by heat.
Also, some food cans nowadays have some sort of food-grade epoxy lining on the inside, which has BPA in it. According to Scientific American, "BPA is a synthetic plastic hardener that has been linked to human reproductive problems and an increased risk of cancer and diabetes." Honestly, I happily shoveled the food in my mouth from the can, but for those who have concerns (*ahem* my mom), there's the footnote.
