Here we have a refreshing Coconut Water Green Smoothie.
This was easy to put together because I typically freeze bananas when they are about to turn to mush. The mushier the banana the sweeter the smoothie.
We always have a bag of frozen blueberries in the house because one of my taste testers downs them almost every morning. I look over and all I see is a mound of blueberries on top of cereal and then her purple lips saying “what?” as I give her the look of you’re going to eat all of those?
Serves 1 large or 2 medium smoothies
- 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon dried coconut
- 1 teaspoon sun butter
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen banana slices
- 1 (1/2 cups) no sugar added coconut water
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
