Dinner time can get a little routine for everyone, am I right? This past few weeks I've tried to add a little variety to our dinner menu while still keeping it pretty clean. For the past few years I've tried to eat CLEAN about 80% of the time, which is mostly all of our main meals. I do eat dessert everyday though because sweets have always been my weakness. Mostly because life without York Peppermint Patty's and Fro-Yo would be so sad! I've tried to take some pictures of a few of our CLEAN dinners the last few weeks, mostly when they look somewhat presentable of course!
Pork tenderloin with lemon/garlic quinoa and a side of steamed asparagus.
Quinoa pasta with meat sauce. I brown a package of grass feed beef and mix it together with a jar of organic pasta sauce and top the dish with a little bit of parmesan cheese!
Have you tried the frozen salmon filets from Costco? They are to die for!! Just bake for 15 minutes and heat up a few sides and dinner couldn't be simpler.
Same as above, just MINI version!
Simple meal of pesto chicken and steamed sweet potatoes.
We LOVE chipotle, so we recreate it sometimes at home! Rice, black beans, chipotle chicken and salsa. This is my husbands, but mine also had sour cream and guacamole!
Indian couscous with garlic pork tenderloin!
I hope this gave you all a few new ides for dinner this week. I'm on the hunt for some new dinner recipes to try as well. Feel free to leave any yummy ideas you have below!! Hope you're all having a great Monday!
