This appetizer is super simple to make, but is super tasty. This tastes best when you can make it using organic, seasonal apples. I used golden delicious.
- 1 loaf ciabatta or french bread
- Cambazola blue cheese
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced into thin wedges. The crispier kind would be better, such as Golden Delicious
Set oven to 400 degrees. Slice the bread in 1 inch thick, bit size slices, in an angle. Cut a piece of the cambazola cheese and place on top of bread, bake in oven for approximately 5-8 minutes. Top with a fine slice of apple, and try to serve immediately.
