1 lg pink grapefruit
1tsp Grade B maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to low broil. Slice grapefruit in half and remove any visible seeds. Place in oven safe dish, skin side down. Drizzle with maple syrup and cinnamon. Place in oven on low broil for 6-7 minutes. Enjoy!
Optional: Looking for a little more of a good thing? Add granola, hemp seeds & walnuts to the top when removing your grapefruit from the oven. Yum!
