I’ve been going a little peach crazy lately. Can you blame me though? For a whole year, I’ve been waiting patiently for peaches to come back and they’re finally here! Every week, I stock up on my weekly supply of peaches and nectarines. Quite honestly, I really can’t get enough. Most of the time, I eat them straight up or slice them in my oatmeal/Greek yogurt. But sometimes I like to take a walk on the wild side and make a cocktail with all of those fresh ripe fruits.
