You will need:

-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 jar or container
-fruit of your choice
Directions: Place your milk, chia seeds and as much fruit as you want in your jar. Place lid on top and shake for 30 seconds. Let it sit for 15 mins. Thenshake again. Place into refrigerator over night for 5-6 hours.
