I wasn't feeling well the other day. I thought I needed something hot and heavy for the tummy to ease my queasiness. 

 

Chicken Arroz Caldo

So, yeah! I made arroz caldo, a Filipino-style congee made of rice, chicken and its stock and a lot of spices. That made my day. Now why did I ever wait for an eeky feeling before I ever cooked my arroz. It had been a long time since I've had a really good one. And my version is just one of the best I've ever had.
