2 red delicious apples, peeled and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peach jam
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
2. Place apple slices in a deep bowl and add the lemon juice, sugar and honey, marinate for 5 min.
3. Spread the puff pastry into rectangles of 8 X 20 cm. Place a layer of almonds over the pastry and top with apple slices and almonds.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden. Remove from oven and brush with peach jam.
