 Great Dane From Michigan Becomes Guinness Worlds Tallest Dog

A 3-year old Great Dane from Otsego, Michigan has claimed the title of the world's tallest dog according to the Guinness World Records 2013 book. The dog named Zeus is owned by Denise Doorlag of Otsego, Michigan. The Canine weighs 155 pounds and measures 44inches [111.8cm] from foot to shoulder. When standing on his hind legs, Zeus measures 7-foot-4. woohoo!

According to his owners, he eats 10 to 12 cups of food a day. "We get a lot of questions about whether he's a horse or a dog" Denise Doorlag Zeus owner said. He is 100 percent dog, she added. Zeus also drinks from the kitchen faucet as you can see from the picture. What a tall and amazing pet.
