Do you hate your body? Do you avoid looking in the mirror for fear of what you'll see? Well Kelly Park and Carson Kressley of Lifetime Television's "How To Look Good Naked" may be able to help. And without liposuction, facelifts, butt lifts or tummy tucks.
As part of BlogHer's "Letter To My Body" campaign which tries to help women improve their body image, I'm going to have the pleasure of doing a podcast interview with Kelly Park who starred in the premiere of this season's "How To Look Good Naked."
Pictured here in all of her hotness with host Kressley, Kelly is a married Mom of a ten year old daughter and over the years had come to hate her body. She wore baggy, unflattering clothes to hide herself and avoided mirrors at all costs. She felt so bad about herself that she and her husband didn't even sleep in the same bedroom.
Well because of the show, all that's changed and Kelly is "now embracing her past and looking eagerly to my future."
I'm interested to hear the behind the scenes story of her inspiring transformation and I'm asking BlogHer readers to submit their own questions for Kelly. Please leave your questions in the comments section below and be sure to include your name and the name of your blog.
Questions need to be submitted no later than 3PM EST, Monday August 11th.
You can watch Kelly's "HTLGN" episode here and then be sure to check out my podcast interview with her when it posts sometime in the next two weeks.
