Michael Jackson Doc Conrad Murray Guilty of Manslaughter

Dr. Conrad Murray was guilty of involuntary manslaughter when he administered propofol, a surgical anesthetic to pop singer Michael Jackson to treat his insomnia, jurors ruled today.
