Vintage Jewels to Make You Sparkle This Holiday Season

Tis the season for time of tradition. The time of year where we gather with family and friends to reminisce of times past, embrace the present and look forward to the future. A little sparkle and shine can help bring about that holiday joy.

It is also a time when I have the opportunity to wear some of my late Grandmother's fabulous vintage antique jewelry. My Grandmother lived to be 94 and what a lady she was who continued to wear high heels at the age of 93, she out lived her husband and also the many boyfriends who had followed. Grandmother was always dressed to the nines especially during the holidays.

Spice it up this season ! You can find some pretty amazing jewelry located at usually any antique shop. Jewelry that has been around for over 50 years and still looks just as beautiful as when it was once new. Acushnet River Antiques has some beautiful unique pieces to be found for that special holiday party.

Add a wonderful antique brooch to your jacket or scarf.

Pin some sparkle on the lapel of your favorite winter coat.

Why not sparkle it up a bit wear something no one else has. Chances are you will receive a million compliments because those unique vintage pieces seem to stand out more and sparkle a little more than your average newly made pieces.

Wrap your wrist with vintage pearls.

My Haute friend Kimberly even came antique consignment shopping with me and came across this great vintage bracelet.

Flash that vintage ring as you sip your holiday drink of choice.

So next time you are getting dressed up to attend that Holiday gathering put on a little sparkle and light up your night- it's your night to shine!
