When you’re a busy mother it’s really easy to feel you’ve lost control of your time. As a modern day mother of two, business woman and wife, sometimes I can’t help but feel frazzled and overcome with the time crunch. How does this happen??? Well, I know the answer and I must remind myself constantly how to maintain emotional and physical balance.
Here is a list of top beauty and spirit lifting tips that help me stay on track:1 Stop and check in with yourself, on a scale of 1-10 for stress if you are feeling over a 5, then you need a time out 2 Look in the mirror….really look….do you need a nap? Do you need your roots colored? Do you feel confident? Everything can wait, your well being can not. Take care of whatever you need today. Especially your hair …it can set you over the edge for feeling good or bad. A little color, a blowout, a trim….whatever it takes, do it. 3 Maintain me time if it’s the last thing you do. Take a walk, get a massage, get a facial do whatever makes you happy, even for a half an hour. 4
