I created a fall nail design that was inspired by the changing leaves. Here's how it came out...
What I used:
- base coat (optional)
- 4 nail polish colors
- a black striper (nail polish with detail brush)
- a makeup sponge
- top coat
I started with a base coat, which is optional, but helps your mani last longer. I applied 2 coats of rich mauve polish (Mauving to Manitoba by OPI) all over the nail.
Then I drew quick and basic leaf shapes with the striper. After that, I used a makeup sponge to lightly apply the 3 other colors randomly and so that they would allow for the leaf designs to partially show through.
The last step included adding a topcoat and that was it!
