Everyone has this amazing multi tasking beauty tool in their homes, and Q-tips are useful for a number of things, but today I will talk about the different ways I like to use Q-tips.
Remove and clean up excess nail polish off your cuticles by adding some nail polish remover on the Q-tip.
Remove eyeliner, mascara or eyeshadow smudges. Dip Q-tip in eye makeup remover and erase those mistakes.
If you feel like your eyeliner a hot mess and doesn’t look straight, run a Q-tip over it and smooth it out.
Want A Smokey Look! Smudge That Liner
The cotton head of the Q-tip is perfect for smudging your eye makeup to give you that sultry, smokey eye.
Apply a black or gray eyeliner to your lower lash line and use the Q-tip to smudge out the line, making it less harsh, and ultra sexy.
Q-tips are a life saver for me on the go. I stick some in my makeup bag and when I need to clean up any smudged eyeliner or mascara it’s always there. If you notice your eyeshadow creasing throughout the day take a Q-tip and clean up the area where you see creasing.
Love wearing bold lips, like red lipsticks? Hate it when the color bleeds outside of your lip line?
Dip the Q-tip in any loose powder and apply the powder to the edge of your lips.
If you feel like you have applied too much color to fill in your brows dip a Q-tip in some makeup remover and apply it on your brows to soften your look.
Don’t have a brow gel on hand? Spray some hairspray on a Q-tip and lightly brush over your brows to keep them in place all day.
If you have small eyes, but you don’t have a small brush use a Q-tip to highlight the inner corner of your eyes to brighten up your look.
