This style is created by first parting hair on the side. Hair is gathered tightly in a low ponytail and then twisted upwards until it is flush with the scalp. The twist is then secured with pins. The bangs are side-parted and pulled back.
Emma Stone is known for her ginger locks, but did you know she's not a natural redhead? She's actually blonde. Though either color looks stunning on her. Here she wears her hair in a low, wavy bun with her bangs to the side. Photo courtesy of WENN.
To create this bun, hair is combed into a side-part and pulled into a very low ponytail and secured with an elastic. The ponytail is then twisted and wrapped around the base of itself. Bobby pins are used to secure it in place.
