Skin care: A cherry yogurt smoothie for your face

We know that a yogurt fruit smoothie can be good for your body, but it's also great for your face! Here's how to make it.

Christopher recommends this skin care mask recipe, which combines honey with fruit and yogurt, which will work great for women with normal or combination skin.

Cherry Honey Face Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
  • Handful of pitted cherries
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 of a banana (optional)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together and rub onto clean, dry skin. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes then remove with damp sponges or a soft facial cloth. Pat dry and apply moisturizer.
