Trending Spring Styles

Three established fashion bloggers collaborated with Lane Bryant at the celebration of their new flagship store in NYC, and gave us some of their top spring style tips. Brighten up your wardrobe with their advice.

Alissa Wilson, Marcy Guevara, and Ashley Falcon

Alissa Wilson

"Peplum was a popular trend last year and is showing staying power this year," says style blogger Alissa Wilson. She suggests you pair the brand's chartreuse scuba pants with the graphic zebra peplum top.

This bold style is perfect for women of all sizes because of its sleek fit that curves in all the right places. Alissa loves the idea of gold jewelry with color and thinks it's best worn with a black blazer. Along with a cute necklace, don't be afraid to stack bracelets for any day or night occasion.

Marcy Guevara

Polka dots, particularly black and white, are always in style and Lane Bryant's new spring line isn't holding back.

From undies to bathing suits, polka dots add a little more spice to your wardrobe no matter who is seeing them! Style blogger Marcy Guevara calls the new polka dots and lace trim underwear "fun and girlish."

Ashley Falcon

Bright pink, yellow, green and blue pants are trending right now. Lane Bryant has a new spring collection of bright colored pants that are complementary to any body type.

Style blogger Ashley Falcon tells us to "change up your basic denim routine and indulge in one of spring's hot trends with a bright colored skinny!" Play it simple by pairing them with a basic black or white top, or go bold and pair them up with a graphic peplum top!

I like the bright colors! I don't think just because you're overweight means you should avoid them. Pair with a dark shirt and you're good!
