Two coat challenge: Fall outerwear and polish to match

And Pretty Polish

As much as we’re already missing sundresses and sandals, we’re pretty excited that it’s coat season. Coats, like shoes and bags, have become a bit of a fashion obsession and we can’t wait to expand our collection. This year though, we’ll be picking up polishes to match! If that’s not a great way to say hello to a new season, we don’t know what is.

Mellow yellow

Ready to get noticed? We are, which is why we’ll be snapping up this cute yellow peacoat with a vintage-inspired twist ($108). This is the perfect coat for a crisp fall day layered over a jewel toned top and dark denim. When the weather gets colder, add mittens and a hat in charcoal or navy.

Gorgeous graphite

Every fall coat collection needs a peacoat and we instantly fell for this one made from Italian wool in an elegant shade of graphite ($288). Nipped in slightly at the waist, the design is flattering and the oversize collar keeps wind out and heat in.

Ravishing red

Red coats get noticed (which we love) and this one by Juicy Couture featuring a ruffled bottom will be no exception ($320). The flirty design is perfect for weekend wear and the vibrant hue makes it fun to wear. Add some cream, gray or black accessories to complete the look.

Purple haze

Fall coats shouldn’t be boring. In fact, you should think of outerwear as an extension of your outfit. Case in point: this DKNY wool blend beauty with a flattering banded waist in an eye-popping shade of purple ($178).

Going green
