Out On The Town
When we set out to discover what people are wearing out on the town this season, we found our share of eye-catching prints and colors. These five ladies took a few minutes to tell us about their personal styles and where they like to shop.

3. Meet Katie & her killer yellow bagKatie blew our socks off with this stellar yellow bag by Michael Kors. We admire that she paired it with a simple dress and let her purse lead the way as the staple piece in her outfit. "I'm not as adventerous as I'd like to be, but at the same time I like to wear things that are cute and timeless." For example, she deemed Jennifer Aniston her style icon saying, "She never wears anything that in a year you would say 'that is so ugly.'" Even though Katie was sporting a designer bag on her arm, she named Forever 21 as her favorite store. Katie proves that you can create a memorable look on a budget by splurging only on staple pieces (like her yellow bag) that will serve your wardrobe well not just this season, but the next and the next. To get this look, sport a simple dress in a neutral color and let a bright bag give you a stand out look.
Arm-candy wardrobe armorThe sunset yellow satchel purse by Vitalio has similar brown leather details that mimick Katie's show stopper purse. Another option is the small crossbody bag by Hobo International in citrus. Hang this bad boy over your shoulder with a simple jeans and tee get-up.
Super neutralsEven though Katie's purse is what caught our eye, we think her casual dress choice is just as praise-worthy. Though perfect for summer, these neutrals can be a super addition your spring and fall wardrobes as well. We shopped Katie's favorite store and found a navy-toned button up dress that will look adorable on its own or with a simple waistbelt. From Piperlime, we also spotted a vanilla cream colored dress with a little frill up top.
