With the Academy Awards right around the corner, no doubt celebrity hairstylists are working overtime to sniff out the best and worst hairstyles among the d carpet celebritiesre.

Face it, there's no bigger party in town that the Academy Awards. It's like prom night for the insanely rich and famous, and everyone is dying to be voted Queen. Whether you're Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman or Helen Mirren, looking good is almost as equally important as winning that golden boy.

So how do Hollywood's leading ladies stay ahead of the curl? They usually get their best looks with a team of hair and makeup stylists, and a whole lot of attitude. Or, they could just follow the advice of Sally Hershberger, the A-list hair stylist to the stars who runs an A-list salon at the fabulously trendy Ciel Spa in the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.
