Heiress Goes With A Red Moulin Rouge Look

Paris Hilton rocked a racy, red roaring '20s look to ring in her 30th birthday last night at a black tie party in a private Hollywood Hills mansion. The socialite and fashion icon hosted a sexy Moulin Rouge themed bash and, per usual, Paris played the part perfectly.

Paris Hilton's Party Dress

The always fashionable Paris Hilton seemed to spare no expense with over the top birthday suit, er dress, which was made up of a crystal-encrusted corset, feathered skirt, seamed fishnet stockings and bright red pumps. To finish off the lusty Moulin Rouge look, she donned bright red lipstick and a headband that would make a red breasted robin wonder if it just got plucked.

Apparently, the heiress loves her some costumes, and will do most anything to get a chance to wear one. Not that her regular old everyday attire isn't completely over the top in general, but when you're that rich, famous and beautiful, you don't really need to justify yourself, now do you?

Billion dollar birthday bling

If you look closely, you'll see that the billion dollar baby is sporting some pretty blingy cheekbone jewelry. My guess is they'd be nothing less than Swarovski.

To top off the fete, whose guests included beau Cy Waits and rapper/ex-con Lil' Wayne, Paris Hilton's boyfriend gifted the glamour puss with a canary yellow Lexus. She must be into birds these days.

Paris Hilton turns 30 on February 17, 2011. We wonder what the party princess is planning for the birthday shindig?
