Aniston Hated Her Famous Friends Style

Jennifer Aniston reveals in the new issue of Allure that she hated having "The Rachel" haircut that made her famous. Why did she hate it so much?

Jennifer Aniston hated the Rachel

At least we weren't the only ones.

Jennifer Aniston reveals in the February 2011 issue of Allure that she hated haircut that made her famous – "The Rachel."

Let's say there have been moments I'd rather not re-live, like that whole Rachel thing," Aniston said during the interview. "I love Chris [McMillan, her hairstylist], and he's the bane of my existence at the same time because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look. How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen."

While we understand her hate – and it must have been hard to be require to wear that cut – we don't really feel bad for Aniston. She made boatloads of money from her time on Friends and, come on, she got to see Brad Pitt naked!

Plus, she just insulted all of the fans who copied her look.

"What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs? Let's just say I'm not a fan of short, layered cuts on me personally, so I don't love revisiting that particular era."

She must be really gun-shy when it comes to changing her hair – she hasn't change her long, straight style since she grew out "The Rachel." Sure, she has bangs in the provocative Allure editorial, but they're clip-ins.

Did you have "The Rachel?" Did you love it or hate it?

That was simply ages ago. I hated hearing about her hair all of the time, back then, fortunately she's old now and no one cares about her hair or anything else about her.

It was a great look on her! It's nice to see she's as un-objective and delusional about her looks as pretty much everyone else. ;-)
