Fashion Showdown

Showing up at an event wearing the same dress as another guest is a pretty major fashion disaster. Celebrities try madly to avoid this, but sometimes it happens and we can't help but compare. Tell us... Who wore this gown better?

Diana Argon vs. Amanda Hearst

Carolina Herrera designed this dress for her 2011 resort collection. Diana Argon was the first celebrity to wear it out to the 2010 Emmy Awards. Reviews were mixed; some felt the gown was overpowering.

But, apparently, American model Amanda Hearst loved it, too. She wore it recently to the American Museum of Natural History and Apollo Circle Galas. She also sported a similar updo to Diana Argon's, although she let some hair fall around the face.

Diana, for sure. Amanda looks like she needed help getting dressed. The dress isn't draping right and like Ruby said, the bow is even messy. Plus, I think her hair looked horrible. Overall, Diana wins but maybe by default.

Not a fan of this dress, but Diana FTW. Even the bow is style more cleanly. Her hair, makeup and jewelry all works better - and she seems slightly less overpowered by the dress than Amanda does.
